Spotless hotel in a very convenient building short walk to the town centre and railway station, the town centre, where there is a choice of restaurants, bars and shops along the riverside and through a park about 10 minutes walk, and the shops and all the other amenities. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including fresh fruit, yoghourt, and cheese. The location magnificent and good close to restaurants. Besides, easy access to St Peter Apostle Church.

Newly renovated units with bath. Decent, unbeatable location in Leamington Spa, not far from eateries available in the lovely town of Royal Leamington Spa, the centre of town and the beautiful Jephson Gardens and the town, train station, resaurants. Again, walking distance to Royal Pump Rooms.

The room was well-equipped and very well decorated with a magnificent view of the garden. The bed was comfortable, used a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities.

Hospitable and respectful staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Large clean room, really big bed and nice size bathroom. Good food as for full English breakfast.

We booked a recently refurbished a twin room with a fantastic full English breakfast. The location for Leamington Spa was favourable and fab, close enough to restaurants and entertainment, and the town centre, where there is a choice of restaurants, bars and shops along the riverside and through a park about 10 minutes walk👌

The breakfast offers plenty of fresh fruit, yoghourt, and cheese. Make sure you stay in the double room with goog sized shower cubicle and nice homely touches.

Good service, the breakfast is typical english and very very GOOD. The room is tidy, recently refurbished comes with a kettle and great view at back onto garden, for example. The employees are incredible.

This hotel was set in a central area close enough to the Christmas market, and the centre of Leamington. I had the twin room which was well-equipped with controllable heating.

The venue is placed in a central position to the Christmas market. The rooms are really well appointed, with tea, milk provided.

Overall pleasant and lovely small hotel, I did not want to leave.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Leamington Spa, had much fun and met accommodating and very welcoming staff with prompt efficient service from attentive staff. The location was central, just off restaurants, nearby attractions such as Warwick Castle and town centre, park, train station.

The hotel was clean, there were welcoming and unobtrusive staff and sensational breakfasts. The room was new-fashioned and had tea, coffee and a settee. The location was great and lovely, if you need to be a short walk to a main street and a theatre. I thoroughly enjoyed a popular restaurant with a local menu.

What a really really nice stay, no complaint. Lovely small and pleasant hotel with a nice design. The breakfast with fresh berries. Fantastic and fab location in Leamington Spa, near to Victoria Park, where the women's bowls National finals were being held, Leamington centre and train station and nice restaurants. Besides, easy to get to All Saints Church.
